Danny Sugarman, manager of the Doors and Iggy Pop died on January 5th after losing his battle with lung cancer. He was only 50 years old. 
He started working for the Doors when he was 14 years old and continued working with them after Jim Morrison died. He co-wrote Jim's biography No-one here gets out alive and also wrote Wonderland Avenue, a brilliant book about his life with the Doors and Iggy Pop.
RIP Danny. Hope you are partying with Jim, where ever you are.
